Open Joint Stock Company «Russian-Chinese Centre of trade and economic cooperation» was established on the initiative of Russian part of the Russian-Chinese Committee of friendship, peace and development in 1998 with the view to coordinate efforts of all participants of bilateral economic relations and adjust measures for the perfection of organizational, financial and juridical terms of Russian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation.

On December 11 2009, Russian-Chinese Centre of Trade and Economic Cooperation and IMS Project Management, a market leading international project management company, signed an exclusive cooperation agreement for expert evaluation of investment and construction projects in Russia for further submission to Chinese investment funds.

MOSCOW, June 15 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao is scheduled to pay a state visit to Russia on June 16-18. The Sino-Russian strategic partnership has been steadily improving in recent years, as the two countries continue to achieve breakthroughs in political, economic and cultural cooperation.
Total area of the complex is approximately 200 000 sqm. “Park Huaming” complex can be divided into 3 parts: gardens and park zone with traditional Chinese halls and arbors occupying 8.2 hectares on plot №1; on the other two plots there will be built two modern high rise buildings. The complex is conveniently situated in the North-East of Moscow, V. Pika str. This district has great office development potential for the economical growth and transport infrastructure development. The complex will become a landmark of North-East of Moscow, considering the lack of high quality office spaces and hotels. Due to the availability of “Botanichesky Sad” metro station and construction of the 4th Transport Ring, “Park Huaming” can be easily reached by car or public transport.
